I am Jordan Denham owner of Denham Construction. I am a second-generation carpenter with 15 years of experience in the trades. I have worked with homeowners locally for the past 15 years.
I have worked in both the commercial and residential spaces in Santa Cruz County, making repairs that benefit the community as a whole and watching homeowners concepts take shape while performing large scale remodels and home repairs & upkeep. My specialty is carpentry as I enjoy seeing the foundation of carpentry integrated with the other trades to achieve the homeowner’s vision for their living space.
As I have learned my craft, I invested in many high-end tools to ensure my quality of work. I strive to do exceptional work that would reflect the quality I wanted to deliver.
I enjoy building relationships with the owners, I am building for and knowing I am using good-quality, durable materials in order to connect the original build with the new additions and make lasting repairs for years to come.
My company reflects the values of integrity, quality, and precision. I want my clients to know that I am working with them to achieve their vision and stay within their budget.
With family roots in Santa Cruz spanning five generations, I take pride in serving the same community that I call home. I believe strong fathers and confident mothers build well-adjusted, successful children. When I am away from work, I enjoy spending time in the ocean with my partner Isa and quality time with my two young children.
Being a contractor, I am fulfilling a dream to have more agency over my time to achieve a good work-life balance and creative control in building projects in my hometown of Santa Cruz.
